     The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand or “IEAT” proceeds with the development of eco-industrial cities. By year 62, there are industrial estates / industrial ports 5 approved locations and 7 industrial plants

     Ms. Somjin Pinluek, the Governor of the IEAT, revealed that the IEAT is determined to become a regional leader in industrial estate management. Therefore has adopted the policy “Thailand 4.0 and Industry 4.0” to further develop the development of eco-industrial cities By applying innovation and advanced technology in the industrial sector In order to create mutual cooperation and interdependence Create collaborative networks And create a balance between economic, social and environmental factors In order to achieve sustainable development (SD) by the I-EA-T has created rules for smart eco-industrialization “Smart Eco” to upgrade industrial estates. Industrial port And industrial plants in the Industrial Estate of IEAT

Industrial and factory ports by applying digital technology to improve management systems Or production processes for increased efficiency and innovation throughout the value chain sustainably To be safe and environmentally friendly, “said the IEAT.

     For industrial estates and industrial ports To be certified as a Smart Eco must have passed the criteria to be certified as an Eco-Champion industrial city, while the factories in the industrial estates to be certified as Smart Eco must operate as Meet at least one side environmental, energy, and safety standards

1. Smart Environment Surveillance (intelligent surveillance and alert system) to effectively monitor the environmental quality and emission.
2. Smart Water (intelligent water management system) that focuses on managing water and waste water efficiently
3. Smart Energy (Intelligent Energy Management System) for energy efficiency
4. Smart Waste Management systems for sewage or unused materials intelligent To supervise and manage sewage or unused materials efficiently
5. Smart Safety / Emergency (Intelligent Safety Protection System) for effective safety management that may affect employees and related parties
6. Smart Logistic (Intelligent Transport System) for efficient transportation management
7. Smart IT (Intelligent Information Technology System) to develop database systems and information technology systems to be able to use efficiently and

4. Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province, in Smart Water
5. RIL Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, in the area of Smart Energy

2. PTT Global Chemical Branch 3 Public Company Limited (Smart Safety / Emergency) in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate
3. PTT LNG Company Limited (Smart Safety / Emergency) in Map Ta Phut Industrial Port
4. Exed Friction Material Co., Ltd. (Smart Process) in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi
5. Map Ta Phut Olefins Company Limited (Smart IT) in RIL Industrial Estate
6. Thai Honda Manufacturing Company Limited (Smart Water) in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate
7. Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Smart Energy) in Bang Pu Industrial Estate
